Kitchen After

After much demolition and painting, here is the after of my kitchen! We added the little cabinet next to the oven. Perfect for those cookie sheets. The lighting was added, and the cabinets stained. The granite in Venetian gold was installed and backsplash put up. Pulls are so expensive, so Dad spray painted all of them from silver to hammered bronze. Still slowly decorating, but I am pleased with the after!!

Kitchen Before

This is the kitchen before moving in. It was an awful yellow color with red in the bay window. Light oak cabinets and white formica counter tops. 

First post of 2012

As 2012 is moving along, I have yet posted on my new blog. I have been in my house for almost a year and boy has it been an adventure. This post will be a walk through the before and after photo's of the house.
